Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the request and use of places at The Art of Time, a private five-day retreat in Perthshire.

Invitation only

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee admission. Places are limited and every request is reviewed by the host's office. Confirmation is issued by email with a unique reference and, where applicable, a QR-coded ticket.

Categories & payment

Categories may be complimentary, paid or approval-based. Where a paid category is selected, the reservation is held pending verification of payment. Paid reservations are confirmed only after payment has been verified. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include the itinerary, dining and the gala.

Transfers & cancellations

Invitations are personal and may not be resold. If you are unable to attend, please write to the host's office so that your place may be released. Refunds for paid categories are at the discretion of the host's office and are subject to the terms communicated with your payment link.

Admission

Guests must present their reference or QR ticket at reception. The host reserves the right to refuse admission. The evening is photographed and filmed for the private record of the event; by attending you consent to appearing in that record.

Conduct & dress

The dress code is country elegance by day and black tie for the gala. Decorations and orders may be worn. Guests are asked to observe the privacy of the host and of other guests and to refrain from publishing images of the retreat without permission.

Liability

The host's office is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property at the venue, or for changes to the programme caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
