This policy explains how The Art of Time collects, holds and uses the personal information you provide when requesting a place on the retreat.

What we collect

We collect the name, email address, telephone number, organisation (where provided), guest names, special requests and accessibility requirements you submit through the reservation form. We also retain the date and time of your request and its status.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to administer the invitation: reviewing your request, seating you, corresponding with you about the evening and admitting you at the door. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Access is limited to the host's office and the event administrators. Payment details, where a paid category is chosen, are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are retained for a period after the event for accounting, security and archival purposes and are then deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to remove your information sooner by writing to [email protected].

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask that it be deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.
